Shipping Information





Order processing usually takes less than 24 hours, except for Sundays. A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as the order has been shipped. The prices shown on the website are final and include taxes and duties for all the countries in the shipping list.


 

Shipping Issues and Returns:

In some cases, there may be issues with delivery or address information. Please review the following policies to ensure smooth and accurate delivery.

 

Invalid or insufficient address:

If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address, we will have to charge you to reship your package. The charge depends on the selected country, and we will issue a payment link to your email with the payment details. In case you don't collect the items at all, you will be responsible for the charges of shipping the items to your address and back to our international warehouse (this sum will be deducted from your refund amount).

 

Lost packages:

In the event that packages are lost by the mail couriers, you will have to reach out directly to the shipping company to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have limited visibility of your package once it leaves our warehouse. Nevertheless, please feel free to contact us at care@protemoa.com, so we can also assist you and contact the shipping company from our end.
